fresh oregano and onion compliment this cheese burger of ground sirloin on spent grain bread.

a smattering of salt and pepper

occasionally a household member shops at various venues other than the warehouse club that I frequent.

I was anxious to try a slice or two of this bread compared to what I bake.

compared to most, it is a very filling bread, dense but not to dense crumb, packaged sliced.

Buttered and pan fried as this is quicker than a convention toaster.
