The basic cookie

A reblogged recipe, as I often look up my own recipes , quick and easy to do cookie recipe repeated yesterday. I processed these in the food processor. A more homogeneous mix result also very crispy. This is 1/2 the recipe , the rest in the fridge for a future bake. I would cut back on the time of 13 minutes at 400 degrees farenheit. Good goto snack
