I guess pizza toppings are unlimited……….
spring roll, less casing, from Sunshine Express
mushrooms, sliced
sauce, a combination of soy, hoisin ,fish, seasonings, a drop of hot sauce and shrimp paste.
Pizza shell is ready… brush with some of the sauce
add the spring roll contents (that’s not cheese)
add the mushrooms and more sauce
Into the oven…..
after baking sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds, cut and serve

Probably about 3 times a month pizza is on the menu when making dough so often.
It’s pointless to post a recipe since there are an infinite number of variations.

Also a BYOP (bring your own pizza) here is a pizza for a Keto diet brought by a relative. I sampled it very tasty for a non wheat flour dough.

Grille/pizza night
Light the grille ! both propane and charcoal, pizza was the goal, I ended up also making flatbread, and spinach pies, my daughter manned the propane grille for her pizza, I’m the charcoal guy, if you don’t mind the char.
It’s also in the news today a report of a famous foodie that took his life, we must always be reminded that no matter what industry, it may take it’s toll, we don’t know or may never know the details and respect the privacy of persons involved. Some social media postings are too quick to judge , slander and defame someone who is unable to defend themselves.
Just a quick pizza with some greens and herbs from the hydroponic garden added at the last few minutes of baking

by using your favorite recipe for yeast dough, don’t be limited to the traditional pizza topping
press out the dough on parchment and use granulated sugar sprinkled on the paper to give the bottom crust color and crunch when baking.
add your favorite fruit topping, this recipe is very sweet, I’ll post it in a future posting.
It’s a combination of apples, raisins and cranberries
Bake in a moderate hot oven about 380 degrees
Carefully remove from the parchment, let cool and slice. Easy cleanup when using syrupy type ingredients
When cool, the topping congeals, nice snacks for the day or wrap in parchment and give away to friends and family.
